There are a couple of reasons why you might not see anything on your screen. Here's a list of things you can try.

  1. Please make sure all the cables are connected tightly to the box, especially check the HDMI cable that is plugged into the TV. Sometimes it's worth unplugging and replugging in the HDMI cable.
  2. Please check to make sure the TV is turned on and is set to the same HDMI input that the cable is plugged into. If you have a TV where you can't see which HDMI input you are using, you will need to cycle through all the inputs until you find the Pluot screen.
  3. Lastly, check to make sure the box is turned on. If there are no lights, that means your box is in the off state. All you need to do is unplug and replug the power cable. The box will automatically reboot when the power cable is plugged in. Or press the power button to start the box. You should see a blue light moving across the front of the box to indicate the box is booting up and is on.
